Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have recorded three consecutive days of net inflows, bringing in approximately $510 million after enduring several weeks of significant investor withdrawals.

Analysts say the renewed buying activity could signal improving confidence following one of the largest periods of ETF outflows on record.

Despite the recent recovery, Bitcoin ETFs have lost around $8 billion over the past two months as investors reduced exposure during the cryptocurrency’s sharp price decline.

Bitcoin has recently rebounded to about $62,000, though many ETF investors remain below their average purchase price.

Market analysts also note that selling pressure from large Bitcoin holders has eased, but caution that future gains may depend on inflation trends and U.S. Federal Reserve interest rate decisions.

Ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East could also continue to influence cryptocurrency prices by affecting expectations for monetary policy.
